New Mexico PBS at the University of New Mexico seeks candidates for a self-motivated Membership Coordinator with strong organizational and customer service skills for its Membership Department. Prepares various correspondence and/or other types of contact with donors, clients and/or volunteers. Develops and maintains databases and files related to fundraising campaigns and on-air pledge drives and generates reports from these databases and files as needed. Prepares and creates break and source codes associated with pledge drives. As appropriate, processes contributions and/or accounts receivable; may receive, record, deposit, and track revenue.

Preferred qualifications are as follows: 1. Working experience with Allegiance software or other database software packages. 2. Experience with PBS Pledge drives 3. Previous experience in a customer service environment 4. Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
